Madam Eileen's Balloon Creations

I love to bring families together with the excitement of incredible balloon creations.  I am thrilled to get the teenagers and adults as excited as the little kids when I bring out the geek worthy creations.  I've been making balloons since 2012. My college major was art so it was easy to expand my skills into face painting as well as balloon decor.  With the very hot summers here in Arizona, I have learned to also work with waterproof face paints and Glitter Tattoos to keep the party magic alive. 

Why the name, Madam Eileen?  Because a part of my art education took place in Paris France.  Je m'etudie french chaque jour.  Je parle un peu le French mais je marche le ballon.
